Cancellation Terms at Seiklus Kuubis OÜ:

Every event requires careful preparation, and when it comes to adventure activities, misunderstandings can arise quickly. Therefore, we have established clear cancellation terms to ensure mutual security and clarity:

1. Cancellation 14 days or more: If you decide to cancel your order at least 14 days before the adventure, you will not have to pay any additional fees, and you will receive a 100% refund of the total order price unless it involves a special solution.
2. Cancellation less than 14 days: If you cancel your order less than 14 days before the adventure, we will refund 50% of the total order price or issue you an invoice if someone has already prepared or set up something for your group.
3. Invoice: The invoice total is calculated based on the group size agreed upon at the time of the order and does not account for the number of people present on the day of the adventure if the group is smaller. In such cases, we will unfortunately have to issue a larger invoice.
4. VAT: Please note that Seiklus Kuubis OÜ is not subject to VAT, so no value-added tax (VAT) is added to our invoices.
